This is a set of (8) 4 x 6" notecards that are created from the popular, original "Behind the Wheel, Painting". My inspiration for the painting was from the carnival coming to town and setting up in a field. One year, it was so rainy that the bottoms of the tents had mud on them. I can also remember that the carnival folks brought an elephant and my father paid $1 so that I could take a ride on it's back.
